Outreach Speaker
Colin Barrett

Colin is serious about social justice and has been directly and tirelessly fighting for positive social change for many years.

Inspired in high school to both learn about and take action on local and global issues, he knew early on that it was his calling to fight alongside those who face injustices and help speak for the voiceless.

Colin has interviewed survivors of sexual exploitation and visited child sex trafficking hotspots around the globe. Over the years, he has worked as a mentor, counsellor and teacher and with over 4,000 youth from Canada to Kenya.

He holds an Honours degree in International Development and Globalization from the University of Ottawa.

A youthful and energetic spirit himself, Colin is excited to bring awareness of the sexual exploitation of children and child sex trafficking to students around the province and arm them with the tools they need to be agents of Change.

*An honourarium to cover transportation costs is required if your school is located an hour from our office in Richmond Hill.
